UVP has long been a supplier of CCD based imaging systems. They currently provide a CCD camera that can be used in either the EC3 darkroom or their Biospectrum imaging systems. Chosen for sensitivity, this camera is designed specifically for the imaging of chemiluminescence and other applications. This camera is cooled to sub-zero temperatures, produces low background noise and a wide dynamic range for high quality images for in short exposure times.

Here are some of the specifications of the EC3 Darkroom.

• The EC3 Imaging System offers direct control for users who wish to change lens and darkroom settings by hand
• A range of high resolution, cooled cameras ensure the best system for all fluorescent and chemiluminescent applications
• Interchangeable emission filters are mounted on a five-position wheel. These filters control the emission wavelengths entering the camera.
