New TNF-β and TGF-β ELISA Kits from Quansys Require Fewer Sample Dilutions

Logan, UT – Quansys Biosciences adds TNF-β and TGF-β to its innovative line of single analyte ELISA Arrays. With significantly wider ranges than traditional ELISA kits, Q-Plex™ Singplex Arrays require fewer dilutions to capture both sensitivity and high end. These new kits provide over a four log range with a seven point calibration curve. Researchers will also benefit from the intra-well precision made possible by the assay’s array format.
Quansys Biosciences combined its experience in multiplexing and assay development to build singleplex antibody arrays and reagents that lengthen the traditional curve. The kits, sold under the brand Q-PlexTM, combine the ease-of-use and reliability of a traditional ELISA with the improved data generation capability of microarrays. The current Q-Plex Singleplex offering includes kits for IL-1β, IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-10, IL-12 p70, IL-15, IL-17, TNF-α, TNF-β and TGF-β.
