The Q-Plex™ Cell Signaling Arrays are an ELISA-based test where four distinct capture antibodies have been bound to each well of a 96-well plate in a defined array. Using minimal sample (50 µl per well), up to 96 unique samples can be assayed for four cell signaling proteins simultaneously in less than 2.5 hours. All of the antibodies used in this array have been subject to a rigorous and comprehensive cross reactivity protocol and verified to be non-cross reactive with any other system on the array.
