The Q-Plex™ Cancer Array (9-plex) utilizes Quansys' multiplex ELISA technology to combine 9 distinct tumor marker assays into one simple test. The Q-Plex™ Cancer (9-plex) array is a valuable tool to facilitate biochemical profiling of various cancers. It can also be used as a prognostic and efficacy screen of new treatments. The Q-Plex™ Cancer array combines the benefits of a sandwich ELISA, convenience, accuracy, and reliability with the advantages of multiplexing.

The Q-Plex™ Cancer array product line is a fully quantitative ELISA based test where up to 9 distinct capture antibodies have been absorbed to each well of a 96-well plate in a defined array. Using less than 30 µl of sample per well, up to 80 samples can be assayed for 9 cancer markers in less than 2.5 hours. Sensitivity is system dependent. The Q-Plex™ Cancer array will prove to be a valuable tool in the field of cancer research.
