Bio-Rad XRS

The Bio-Rad ChemiDoc XRS is a versatile imaging system with numerous applications.  One of those applications is imaging planar based arrays.  These arrays, known as Quansys Multiplex ELISAs, are protein arrays preassembled in the bottom of a 96 well plate.  Using the Bio-Rad ChemiDoc XRS, the chemiluminescent response produced by the multiplex ELISA is visualized and recorded as a TIFF image file.  Image analysis, curve fitting and sample calculations are facilitated by importing the Bio-Rad ChemiDoc XRS generated image into Quansys Q-View Software.   In order to help educate the customer on how to use the ChemiDoc XRS for the Q-Plex technology, a training video has been made.
