LI-COR odyssey
The LI-COR Odyssey is a versatile scanning system with numerous applications. One of those applications is imaging planar based arrays. These arrays, known as Quansys Multiplex ELISAs, are protein arrays preassembled in the bottom of a 96 well plate. Using the LI-COR Odyssey, the fluorescent response produced by the multiplex ELISA is visualized and recorded as a TIFF image file. Image analysis, curve fitting and sample calculations are facilitated by importing the LI-COR Odyssey generated image into Quansys Q-View Software. In order to help educate the customer on how to use the LI-COR Odyssey for the Q-Plex technology, a training video has been made.

Due to the fluorescent nature of the Odyssey, the ranges of the assays are typically 4-5 logs. As well competitive sensitivity levels to other technologies are observed. The settings for the Odyssey are as follows.
