Technical Support, Software Support, and After-Hours Phone Access to Technical Support.
Included in all warranty plans, Quansys is responsible for providing technical and software support during standard business hours (Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00 MST) via phone, email, or online meeting platforms. Our technical support team is available to assist with equipment operation, software-related inquiries, and general technical questions.
For urgent matters outside of standard business hours, customers with Premium Warranty/Service Plans have access to our After-Hours technical support phone line. While Quansys representatives strive to provide immediate assistance, please note that the immediate availability of a representative cannot be guaranteed. Quansys technical support representatives will make every effort to provide prompt assistance during the designated response times.
Technical support services are not be available during Quansys designated holidays.
