Human IL-1R2 Analyte Overview
Also known as Interleukin 1 Receptor 2, IL-1RII
IL-1α and IL-1β have been shown to bind to two different cytokine receptors, IL-1 receptor type I and IL-1 receptor type II. IL-1R1 is primarily expressed by T cells, fibroblasts, and endothelial cells, while IL-1RII is usually found on B cells, neutrophils, monocytes, large granular leukocytes, and endothelial cells.
