Human IL-1R3 Analyte Overview
Also known as Interleukin 1 Receptor 3, IL-1 Receptor Accessory Protein
IL-1R3 serves as a non-ligand-binding accessory component of the receptors for IL-1α, IL-1β, and IL-33. It generates a complex for signaling with IL-1R1, IRAK4, and MyD88. It can also interact with ST2 on mast cells and Th2 cells to create a functional receptor complex for IL-333. On its own it can form a high-affinity binding complex with IL-1R2. Soluble receptor isoforms appear to inhibit IL-1 signaling.
